Gregg Freda
Executive Chef, Casa Dante
Gregg Freda grew up in the food industry. His only occupation has been related to food and its applications.From specialty food shops to fine dining establishments in New Jersey including Panicos in New Brunswick and now, Casa Dante in Jersey City. Gregg brings his expertise and deep knowledge base to our revered establishment.  "We want to show off all the dishes for which Casa Dante has been made famous, as well as the introduction of new dishes from Italy and from the traditional Italian neighborhood centers of the New York/ New Jersey Metropolitan area".  We at Casa Dante take pride in our history and regard our recipes as comparable to any other fine restaurant. Gregg has been handed the mantle to protect our traditions and incorporate new and exciting fare to an already established organization. He is up for the challenge and we at Casa Dante look forward to his offerings for many years to come.
